*For catering on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Chinese New Year, pricing adjustments will apply because of additional seasonal labour costs — please email enquiry@peramakan.com for more information.

Notes:
1.WITH BUFFET SET-UP (WHEN PERMITTED)
- We need a minimum spend of $900.00 ($963.00 with GST) for buffet set up.
- There will also be a transport charge of $80.00 ($85.60 with GST).
2. ALA-CARTE ORDERS
- There must be a minimum of 10 pax for ala-carte orders.
- There will be a delivery charge of $30.00 ($32.10 with GST) per trip to one destination.
3. COSTING
- All items on the menu are costed on a per head basis but starting from minimum 10 pax.
4. OTHER CHARGES
In the event, the following are required, our charges are:
- Bone china and glassware - $5.00 per head
- Wine glasses - $2.00 per head
- Chef in Attendance - $150 per person for 3 hours
- Bartenders - $120 per person for 3 hours
- Service staff - $120 per person for 4 hours
- Transportation cost to deliver Bone China and Glassware - $120.00 per trip, per destination.
