TAUHU MASAK TITEK
Soft tauhu stewed in peppery gravy, served with home-made prawn and pork balls.


NYONYA CHAP CHYE
Cabbage stewed with timchok (sweet beancake), taukee, (white bean stick), kim cham (dry lilybuds), boknee (small black fungus) and tanghoon in mild taucheo gravy.


SAYUR NANGKA MASAK LEMAK
Young jackfruit cooked in spicy gravy with coconut milk. Served with prawns.


SAMBAL TERUNG
Deep-fried brinjals topped with prawn sambal.


BENDI GORENG
Ladyfingers fried with dry prawn sambal.


NYONYA NGOH HIANG WITH LUAK CHYE
Minced pork and prawns are mixed with spices, water chestnuts and onions and rolled in beancurd skin. It is steamed and then deep-fried and served with Luak Chye.



NYONYA TAUHU
Soft tauhu squares are deep-fried and cooked in taucheo gravy with prawns, topped with crispy fried ginger, spring onions and sliced red chillies.


CINCALOK OMELETTE
Sliced red and green chillies, spring onions and cincalok are mixed in the egg mixture and pan-fried for a fragrant, crispy egg omelette.

SAMBAL KANGKONG
Water convulus stir-fried with dry prawn sambal (Sambal Udang Kering).

FRIED KAILAN
Chinese kale fried with your choice of garlic or oyster sauce.

BUAH PAYA MASAK TITEK
Green papaya stewed in peppery gravy, served with whole prawns.

KACHANG PANJANG
Choice of long beans fried with dry prawn sambal and whole prawns or finely sliced in a prawn omelette.

KACHANG BUNCIS
French beans fried with your choice of: fresh prawns in garlic sauce or with dry prawn sambal (Sambal Udang Kering).
