CHEH HU
Chilled sliced turnips and cucumbers are served with deep-fried taukwa (bean cake), home-made prawn cake, seasoned jelly fish and squids. The dish is topped with a home-made chilli sauce and ground peanuts.





JANTUNG PISANG KERABU
The heart of the banana flower is sliced and mixed with sliced green mangoes and cucumbers. It is mixed with a sambal belachan sauce of lime, ginger flowers and dried prawns and topped with freshly steamed prawns and coconut sauce.




SAMBAL BENDI
Young lady fingers are scalded in boiling water, sliced and mixed with a sambal belachan sauce of lime, ginger flowers and dry prawns.

SAMBAL TIMUN
Cucumbers are sliced and chilled. Mixed with a sambal belachan sauce of cincalok, lime, ginger flowers and dry prawns.
