NYONYA MAH MEE
Yellow and white noodles are fried in a mild spice paste and prawn stock, squids and prawns. Served, garnished with chives, sliced red chillies, coriander, shredded cucumbers and Nyonya Salad.

Rice vermicelli is fried in our mee siam rempah, and lime juice. It is served garnished with sliced omelette, slices of deep-fried bean cake, prawn sambal, sliced red chillies, fried shallots and chives. |

NASI ULAM (One-day advance notice required)
Our customers love our Nasi Ulam for its finely sliced daun kunyit (turmeric leaves), daun limau purut (lime leaves), daun kesom (laksa leaves), daun kadok (pepper leaves), serai (lemongrass), bunga siantan (ginger flower), long beans and cucumbers. We mix our rice with our home-made XO sauce. Nasi Ulam is served garnished with steamed prawns, shredded fried fish, sliced egg omelette and sometimes on special occasions, fresh crabmeat.
