AYAM BUAH KELUAK Chicken braised with the black pulp of Indonesian black nuts known as Buah Keluak. This is the signature dish of the Peranakans which is a favourite among our customers. At PeraMakan, the nut pulp is combined with spices before they are pushed back into the nuts to be cooked along with the chicken. |

AYAM RENDANG Chicken is braised in spices and coconut milk and served with toasted serondeng (spiced coconut). This dish is usually served dry but at PeraMakan, our customers prefer theirs with more sauce. |
