BABI PONGTAY
Leaner cuts of pork belly are braised together with sliced bamboo shoots and Chinese mushrooms in a gravy made from fermented soya beans. It is served garnished with green chillies.


PENANG NYONYA PORK RIBS
Pork ribs are braised in non-chilli spices and served in a thick sauce with a generous garnish of coriander leaves.


SATAY BABI GORENG
Lean belly pork are marinated in ground and whole spices and fried in a low fire till tender and fragrant. It is served garnished with sliced red chillies.



HATI BABI BUNGKUS
Minced pork and liver are marinated with coriander powder, assam and pepper and wrapped in pig caul and deep-fried. Served with Luak Chye, a nyonya pickle.
