RENDANG – BEEF, LAMB
The meat is braised in “Rendang” spices and coconut milk. This dish is usually served dry but at PeraMakan, our customers prefer theirs with more sauce, hence our version is different from the normal Rendang but just as delicious. Served topped with toasted, spiced, grated coconut (Serondeng).


OXTAIL STEW
Indian spices are used to braise the oxtail till tender. Carrots and potatoes are added to the stew. Served garnished with fried shallots and Chinese celery.
