Deep-fried red snapper fillets topped with a non-spicy fragrant ginger sauce,
served garnished with fried crispy garlic, spring onions and sliced chillies.
SAMBAL IKAN
Deep-fried red snapper fillets topped with fragrant sambal sauce of fried onions
and your choice of petai beans or green peas and tomatoes.
IKAN TEMPRA
Deep-fried red snapper fillets topped with a tangy, sweet & sour tamarind
sauce made fragrant with stir-fried onions and sliced chillies.

IKAN GARAM ASSAM
Red snapper fillets are cooked in a spicy garam assam gravy with brinjals and ladyfingers. Tell your server if you prefer your gravy to be more sour and spicier, and we’ll do it for you.
IKAN MASAK KUAH NANAS
Red snapper fillets are cooked in a hot pineapple gravy. You have a choice of “pedas” (hot and spicy) or “lemak” (with coconut milk). Both are equally nice, it’s just a matter of taste.
