Guests invited to the Executive Committee Dinner in conjunction with the 78th Interpol General Assembly in Singapore were wowed by a delicious 10-course Peranakan dinner prepared by Chef Kathryn and her team.

Held at the Senior Police Officers' Mess, the seated dinner was followed by a buffet spread of delectable Peranakan desserts and pastries. Our team was delighted to receive kudos from the host and members of the organizing committee for a job well-done. Our Operations Manager, Desmond Leong and Banquet Manager, Steven Teo, together with our service staff, impressed the guests with an impressive Peranakan-inspired theme, from the table to the buffet setting. The Peranakan theme was matched by the beauty of Nyonya porcelain wares on the buffet tables as well as on the VIP table.
