BUBOH CHA CHA
Yams and sweet potatoes are steamed and cooked in a light coconut sauce with sago pearls. Served with colourful tapioca jelly.

Black glutinuous rice is cooked till tender and served with gula melaka and coconut cream. |

Wheat grains are cooked till tender and served with gula melaka and coconut cream.

A jelly made from boiled sago pearls served chilled with gula melaka and coconut cream.

CHENDOL
We use our own home-made chendol with tender kidney beans, topped with shaved ice, gula melaka and coconut milk.
DURIAN CHENDOL
The same chendol, topped with our home-made durian jam.

ICE KACHANG
The traditional ice kachang has only red beans, attap seeds, cream corn and rose syrup topped with evaporated milk. We keep the tradition when it comes to serving ice kachang the good old fashioned way.

DURIAN PENGAT
Pure durian mousse served chilled with steamed yams and sweet potatoes.

APOM BERKUAH
Rice flour pancakes made from fermented rice flour and coconut water. Served with warm banana sauce. The pancake is adorned with colour from the Bunga Telang.

APOM BALIK
Wheat flour pancakes made from coconut milk and pandan juice, filled with durian jam or egg jam (kaya). It is then flipped into halves – hence, the name “balik”.
