Nyonya aromatic rice prepared the old fashioned way with fine, hand-sliced herbs mixed with our own blend of seafood sauce and garnished with steamed prawns, cucumbers & egg omelette.

“Grade A” belly pork, known for more lean than fat meat are braised in a fragrant black sauce, served with braised bean cake (taukwa).

A wonderful treat for the palate - take a lettuce leaf, slather on it, our hot chilli chukka and tee cheo, plop a dollop of delicious savoury vegetables cooked with belly pork and shredded cuttlefish (jiu hu see), wrap it up. Pop into your mouth! A burst of flavours! Enjoy!
