Nyonya Garam Assam Fish Head

Savour fresh Ang Kor Li fish head cooked in our well-loved Garam Assam, with brinjals and ladyfingers. .



Nyonya Babi Hong

Belly pork simmered till tender in our fragrant sauce, redolent with blue ginger and whole spices. Served with braised taukwa and our home-made chilli sauce, this dish is the nyonya version of the "Hokkien Khong Bak".

A cold rice salad mixed with finely sliced aromatic Asian herbs and spices. Served with a generous garnishing of cucumber cubes, fresh prawns, sliced egg omelette & fried shallots
