PeraMakan is proud to be a culinary partner of Baba House, and to be involved in its Charity Dinner and Tour in October 2009. It was a blessing to work alongside Mrs Elizabeth Lee, a talented culinary artist and wife of Mr Lee Kip Lee, President of the Peranakan Association of Singapore.

The Charity Dinner, in conjunction with the Singapore Sun Festival 2009 was held on 2 October. Guests dined on delicious, traditional Nyonya dishes personally cooked by Mrs Elizabeth Lee and served in her antique Nyonya porcelain ware and silverware. Guests were also served our signature Ayam Buah Keluak and Apom Berkuah. Visitors to the Baba House Tours on 10th & 11th October were served traditional Nyonya kueh kueh, prepared by our Pastry Chef.
